Kids out yelling till past 10pm.

I mean yelling so you can hear them in ur apparment over your tv!!!! NO PARENTS out watching, I don't know why the hell u would want to live here for that really!!!! NO ONE DOSE A DAM THING ABOUT IT!!!!! Old grey hair lady that works in the office walks around smoking and dose nothing!!!! I would rather listen to bunch of drunks atleast they quit some time!!!!
