I have lived here since 1999. This is a family community with lots of preschool kids. If you work nights or don't like to hear kids playing, this is probabily not the place for you. But on the other hand, if you want a place where all most all residents know each other and watch for strangers and all the kids then move in here. This complex is a member of Gilbert's crime free community program so no one with a felony conviction is permitted to live here. In the past we had a car theft problem. This has been fixed with Gilbert setting bait cars and patroling the grounds each night. When there has been a problem with tennants commiting unlawful acts, mangement has used the crime free program to evict the offenders as fast as they can. Management is great. They pay attention to tenant's concerns, are very friendly, and if they can't help you with a problem (very rare) they tell you right away and why they can't; no excuses or lies. Best apartment community I have ever lived in.
