First off, they let anyone in here, stoners, people who don't take care of their BIG dogs, people with records, illresponsible people. Management SUCKS! You complain about something, and they come up with a HUGE lie to cover their asses. They had a weight limit on dogs, and as soon as the managers father moved in, then big dogs were allowed. Not only do the people with big dogs not clean up their dogs poop, they let their dogs use the balcony as their own personal bathroom. After a week, they clean their balcony off with water and all their poop and urine goes off the side of the balcony. They don't keep a close eye on their dogs, are constantly loose, chasing other dogs, barking at all hours of the night and morning, and you complain constantly to management, and all they say is "It will be resolved soon". 6 months later, nothing has changed. They have half their community with DUI's, that continue to drink, are loud until 2 in the morning, and you complain about the noise and what is going on, and they don't do anything about it. Maintence: if you have something broken or something that needs to be fixed, it takes them 2-3 weeks to even get up here, then it takes another 2 weeks to get the parts needed and FINALLY almost two months later, they fix it. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE!!!!!!

Sounds like someone probably got evicted from here for all the things listed above. :( These apartments look really well kept for having that many problems!!! I mean come on, I have lived in apartments for several years and one thing you have to deal with is other peoples way of life. Some people are slobs and don't see that there is a problem with it, and others do appreciate and respect the place as thier own. But one thing I do know, is that as long as your always doing the right thing and not causing or feeding negative energy, you won't have any problems... I visited the property today and came on here out of curiosity. I think i will still rent because the girls in the office were awesome and made me feel so comfortable. Even the maintnance guy said "hello" when he walked by us. The community looked really well kept and even inside the cabinets looked freshly painted. Just the little touches that made me comfortable. The landscaping is pretty and the pool was blue... I honestly think this is a bitter resident. Besides, if you hate it so much, why would you stay here for 3 years?!

You say keep the hell away from here??? why don't you move then?i've lived here at country villa and love it. who cares if they allow big dogs or little dogs? policies can change. i like the management in the office, and i think maintenance is also good. get a life.

I am always aware of the comings and going of my complex. The only drud use to see must be what this person is smoking. I am a female and I feel extremly safe knowing that if I am ever in need there are plenty of people around.

It sounds like this reviewer and I lived under the same neighbors at the same time. We also lived under two very large, loud dogs with irresponsible owners who used the same method of cleaning off their balcony. Unfortunately, this was not our only problem with renting here. Both management and maintenance failed us as residents. We had reported a leak coming from the apartment above us and maintenance checked it and said it was repaired. However, the very next day - it started "raining" inside our apartment. Luckily, one of us was home to salvage our belongings. Management, then, mandated that we vacate that apartment to one down the way that happened to have a $60 higher price tag on it - and the complex would NOT cover the difference given the circumstances. We had to give up our "pool view". Then, about a week later, the manager's father switched his apartment to our old one with the pool view. She did not offer it back to us. The reason being that we had to resign the lease on the new, more expensive, apartment. But wait... wasn't her father under a lease as well???? Yes! We felt that we had been had by the manager and we were happy to hand her $800 to get out of our lease 9 months before scheduled. I do have to say that MOST of the people here are kind and open minded. The grounds are extremely well kept too. And they did wind up evicting those people with the dogs above us, it just took a good long while. Overall, we just felt between the nepotism and the extortion that we needed to get out of here.
