Country Villa is not just an apartment complex it is a community. Most of the residence are more then willing to extend themselves to you. All the entrances to your apartment face towards the magnificently kept grounds. No street or parking lot entrances. The landscaping throughout the complex can range from "park like" to "exotic" flowers and shrubs. There is a beautiful pool and jucuzzi with gas grills under a gazebo. A more the adequate laundry facility and a gym with some high quality equipment. There is not an abundance of children but we do have our share of dogs. There is a wide variety of ages and races but our friendship is "OPEN" to all. Being a slightly older property only adds to the ambience. This is not a cold and sterile enviornment. You are free to be a neighbor or a stranger. Part of our community is an occaisonal late night pool party on the week-end,a barking dog,and a few loud and ranmbunctious children.
