they are there immediately to get the deposits for the keys and gate openers but when it comes to refunds they take there good natured time. turned in key may 25th and still have not received my deposits back as of yet june 17th, 2004

Did u ever get your deposit? i moved out 2/28/08, turned in keys 2/28/08 and its 4/02/08 i havent recvd mine either. At least i know never to rent from this property again. Ive never waited this long for the return of my deposit
