The apartments are nice, and I've never had a bug problem, but in the past three months the police have been here frequently. I saw young men looking in a first floor window during the night, my next door neighbors and downstairs neighbors had a fight, another tenant threatened me, someone hung threatening signs to a cat owner, but if you are social- there are nightly parties at the pool around midnight. Belly flopping competitions, cannon ball competitions, just general screaming fests. And there is no one to call about this situation.
