Upon initially moving in we were very impressed with the number and quality of amenities available; however, since moving in we have been subjected to the sounds of engine testing for a drag race car, leaks in our master bedroom ceiling (both of the 2 times it has rained since moving here), and a maintenance policy that allows for pot holes, broken gates non-existant landscaping throughout the property. We only came to realize how properly named The Desert Mirage is after we had already moved in. The only saving grace would be the great floor plan with a large balcony!
