For those of you that gave low ratings and do not recommend, what apartment, in Gilbert, would you recommend'

I checked out tons of other apartments in the area, and Desert Mirage was sooooo much better.

I have seen some of the issues that others are making comments about. My observations have been that there are teenagers and very immature adults trashing the place and plain ole not obiding the rules.
