These people are masters at "bait and switch" personalities--they are so nice and great to you--until you move in--then its, "we dont care about you, or what is broken, we just want our money--you are bothering us" type of behavior--The Noise' I had a better night's sleep when I lived in dorm rooms in college--the most recent trend seems to be to just "fill up" the empty apartments with young, partiers that apparently can do whatever they want with NO consequence(I had to call the police at LEAST once a week for excessive noise)--the walls are paper thin, the construction is so sub-par that you will be killing bugs the whole day and night during the summer months(due to them comming through the excessive cracks in the foundation). Also the maintenance staff is sub-par, as I had several thousand dollars of damage to my personal belongings as a result of their not being able to reapir a washing machine--after 5 calls/attempts in 2 weeks--then I had to go live in a hotel for 8 days--at MY expense--and yes--FULL rent was expected.(as a result of their having to clean up the excessive amount of damage that was done to the apt--due to flooding)These people are horrible--plain and simple--they try to come off as "luxury apartments" but its all for show--the manager is very defensive and incompetent, and her "minions" are just as bad--they dont care about their tennants--and will take care of NOTHING once something goes wrong--If excessive bugs, noise, and rude behavior is your thing--then I would say this is the perfect place for you--do yourself a favor--keep on moving--and move somewhere else!
