Desert Mirage

 

I lived here for one year and i have to say there some things that really need improvement..

they have a huge problem with roaches and spiders ..

Roaches are mostly outside, and the spiders are inside apartments.

Noise levels are bad, the neighbors were college kids and there were frequent sleepless nights due to this, it was ridiculous.

Apartments are nothing like living in a house and generally apartments are noisy but this was not what u call noisy, i dont know what these kids were on.

The community was kept very clean and the landscaping was nice.

The parking is adequate but no parking at night, sometimes people will park in your assigned space.

If youput down a deposit, dont expect to receive it back for about 2 months.

before i moved out i went to the office, asked if i needed to shampoo carpet and i was told no, this was by niki.

I cleaned the apartment top to bottom and turned in my keys to same leasing agent niki, she then told me, i needed to shampoo carpet.

The deducted carpet shampoo fees and some fee for general cleaning''''' anyway after back n forths with corp office who, never called me back regarding what had happened to my deposit, i finally made one last attempt before taking it further to contact seattle office and was told my deposit had been sitting @ desrt mirage office.

S and J management has very poor communication skills and idiot leasing agents.

Definitly a needs vast improvment if they are going to keep charging 1000.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Its not a bad place to live but not the best either.

I moved to a different comunity, nothing to do with S&J management and i havent had any bug issues, noise issues or anyone parking in my space.
