I've lived here almost 2 years. It's beautiful. Everything is new or redone. Not too much noise unless you're an old fart and pissy all the time. Landscape is beautiful and VERY well maintained(every firday). Maintnance requests are taken care of Right Away. My apt flooded once last summer during Monsoon. Staff was great. Offered to pay for hotel, give us a garage for our stuff, anything we needed even though we didn't have insurance. It's also so safe. No car break ins and that BS. Parking is great. Free computer and movie room. Sweet staff. very personable. I never want to move! No complaints ever in the 2 yrs. Yeah, i can hear the downstairs ppl watchin loud movies but hey its an APARTMENT!! get a house if you can't hang. you def get what you pay for here(which is not cheap!) ha. but i love love love it!!
