Personally, This is the worst apartment community I have ever lived. The Leasing office and the pool are the only amenities that's hitting on something but you can't make that home. The maintance staff are cool but the staff in the office are pea brains. You would think they would have better attitudes than the pea heads that they replaced but thats not the case. I guess leasing office staff like to collect unemployement. I cannot hear my neighbors who live on either side but if you live on the bottom floor, It is a total nightmare. I can hear every movement that the people upstairs make. Dont let the outer apperance fool you. Better off renting a house for these prices.

Any negative to this complex is an understatement. Their should be renter laws that protect the tenant from misrepresentation at showings. Bottom line.. they have bigger and fatter lawyers than tenants can afford...so we PAY thru the nose.
