I LOVE this complex. My rent is exceptional for such a nice area. The grass in front of my apartment is always beautifully green and manicured. Had some rowdy neighbors that were quickly issued warnings. Management really cares about the residents always asking how things are in our building etc. Checking with me about new neighbors and the goings on. Extremely quiet for an apartment complex, lived on the end unit facing out so it was like living in a townhome or condo. Plenty of parking. Single mom with 1 son, I ALWAYS felt safe here, never once did I have an issue with crime, drugs, gangs of teenagers, theft or ANY of the other things nasty complexes attract. 100% recommended.
