I have lived at Gilbert Greens for several years and was previously unhappy! That is, until there was a change in management! The new manager really cares about all of the residents and takes care of all problems equally. Although I may not enjoy getting a notice for something I have done, I can rest assure if I have a problem the manager will take care of it just the same.
I enjoy going into the office because the staff seems very freindly and they always acknowledge you. I really like my apartment and layout. Although I may have thought of moving in the past, I definitely won't now. The management is really trying hard to make this a home for all of us and my neighbors and I enjoy going outside of our units now.
I would recommend living here to any person! Maintenance is always around helping out, the management is always pleasant, and the community seems happy! I think I speak for all residents when I say, thank you for the change!
