Gilbert Meadows Apartments

OUT OF CONTROL NOISY!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   If you're thinking about moving in here, DON'T! The majority of the apartments are infested with cockroaches that people bring with them when they move in, it is noisy as heck with children running and screaming all the time and of course the parents don't care, neither does management, they have plumbing problems monthly,the police are here weekly for domestic violence problems, my car got towed once, and broken into twice! Need I go on' And the worst part is the management office. I actually feel sorry for Barbara, the manager because she always looks so stressed out and miserable.And Maria has no people-skills whatsoever. They probably only keep her there because she speaks Spanish. The staff changes about every two months.(Except for Maria). Gee, I wonder why' Overall, it's been a very bad experience.
