We have lived here for about 2 yrs. For the most part it is very quiet,except when the kids are out. They play in the playground (near out apt.)so we just shut the patio door.They have 1-2& 3 bedroom apts. Plus a business center(computer in there),a gym,nice clubhouse,covered & numbered parking. The maintenance guys are nice & polite. They try to fix your problem the 1st time,if possible. If not they will get someone else to fix it. The only problem is the office staff. The manager seems to busy with herself to get back to you. She takes 2 hr. lunches,and leaves early. Sometimes they don't answer the phones & they never return your phone calls..you have to go to the office to reinforce your problem...

What an idiot, the Management NEVER takes a 2 hour lunch. The writer is the #$%@ wife of the maintence guy, go figure. If ya don't like kids, go to Sun City! Pick up your dog poop too!

That's true about the manager leaving early! I went today to get some info on the apartment and they were closed 15 minutes before their scheduled closing. It kinda pissed me off. I just wanted some info.

It is really distracting and discouraging to future potential residents to have comments like the one from "LegacyLover" above. There is no need to illustrate your opinion with #$%@. It not only makes you look bad as the commenter, but it also makes people reading it - like me - wonder if it's the management trying to cover their reputation by making it look like someone else is defending them. If indeed it is the management, they should just politely apologize, not retaliate.

Yes, I agree with the comment in regards to LegacyLover. I have an appt with this complex tomorrow, and I am already feeling a bit ill at ease over this post. Is this what a person has to look forward to? I was just wondering why they had such a good special running . Especially in comparrison to other properties. I thought being a smaller complex, this could be a good experience vs the larger impersonal type. I guess this was incorrect thinking. Possible future tenant.
