I have lived here for the past three months and it is everything I could have wanted and more. The apartment is beautiful and was in great shape when I first moved in. Had no issues other than the hot water being a little too cold, but that was fixed almost immediately. The staff, including the maintenance team, are very friendly and professional. Any problems I have had have been addressed immediately. Couldn't recommend Painted Trails more.
