This is a nice little community, not really jaggidy in layout design. I lived right by the office so I never saw any vandolism or crime. The only complaint was that 7 months into our rent (of 1 year lease) they changed the pet fee and deposits. When we first moved in it was 2 pets (under 50lbs together) for the same deposit and same rent. Then when we got a new dog, they did not honor what we moved in with. They did work with us and allow us to just pay the deposit portion and not the additional sanitation fee. The one bedroom was in a spacious layout and I loved my own full-size (which was a small full size but I am not complaining) washer and dryer. I would stay longer but I would like a yard for my doggies. Good luck.
