The Staff is good for the most part. the Units are very hot A/C is on all the time even in winter months. Utility bill is high 200 per month, Poor layout with very bad air circulation. tenates complain to much about noise so windows and doors are closed most of the time.
They do fix things quickly, but some thing should be done with out asking. They need to set standard for when things are replaced and not wait for tenates to request them. Exsample new renters should never have to ask to replace carpets or toliet set covers or A/C units.
Office Staff 50% one is great other needs major help. Manager is great She does the best she can with the people they give her. All apt's should have both dead bolts and reg door locks on front and back doors not just one.
