My husband and i have looked at tons of apartments and Playa is the one with the most room for your money. The apartments are very open and gnenrally pretty clean. Beauitful land scape, and a maintaince crew that is very prompt in fixing broken things. Parking is pretty bad, you have to walk a mile to your apartment if you don't have a covered. We live around quiet neighbors so we never hear much noise. A lot of newly weds live here. Some times the garderners run the lawn mowers early in the morning (it's annoying) I have never seen a roach. But the washer and dryer are out side on the porch that faces the parking lot(at least they have washer and dryers) I feel safe here they have night crew driving around all night to make sure everything is safe you can call them in the middle of the night and they will check on any fishy buisiness. I have never seen a cop there and they have a convient 6 month lease which most places do not have! I would recommend Playa we like it a lot!
