Affordable but needs more parking

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I currently live here in the Sahara side and I have found it to be a great environment. They have security drive around day and night and watch our homes and our cars. I feel pretty safe here. I bought renters insurance and they said there has only been 4 claims ever at these apartments. I have found the only problem is a noisy teenage boy neighbor, and not enough parking.
