This place is great!! So great, that I'm extending my lease for another year instead of buying a condo. HUUUGE rooms, although they have small bathrooms to compensate. Parking is never a problem. You only get one covered space per apartment, but there's always plenty of uncovered spaces. They have pretty high move-in standards, so they keep out the grungy type of people. There's a variety of young people and families here. The rates are very reasonable... trust me, I did my research. This place is huge, but very safe and cozy at the same time. Security is great (I lost my wallet in the parking lot, and they returned it). The ONLY negative sides of this complex is that they're strict on what you put out on your patio (they just want the apartments to look nice) and they don't have fireplaces (big deal, it's Arizona). Otherwise, I personally HIGHLY recommend this place as well as my roomate.
