Not too shabby From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This is my first apartment, and as a student and a girl, this has been a positive experience thus far. Aside from the two horribly rude girls at the front office, the mgmt is nice and maintenence is good too. Close to many things, including the US 60, so that is a plus. Its a good deal for a first apartment or for a family....only pay utility bill, no water bill- and we have a washer/dryer in our unit, so that is great.
