managment can't get it right

If your considering these apt's there ok. I would not trust the answers that your leasing agent gives you though as their ignorent and arrogent. Security aka. courtesy patrol is voice mail so the wild party going on above you with drunks hitting your car will be handled "THE NEXT DAY" so good luck your on your own.
