Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2005
I lived in Playa Palms for almost ten years and only complained about one obnoxious neighbor who liked to party day and night. I respectfully complained. The manager went to talk to the badly behaving neighbor and got chewed out and threatened. The manager was so intimidated by my neighbor that she gave ME a 30-day notice!' I was told they did not have to give any reason to ask me to leave. If you complain about ANYTHING, even in a nice and respectful manner and you are not on a lease, expect a 30 day notice. They are not in the habit of controlling noise problems. It is easier to remove you and get someone in there that will put up with it.
