We lived there for two years, the rent was good for the space. We paid $25 a month extra for a stack washer and dryer that could only hold three pairs of jeans at a time. They chrge you a $25 gym deposit, where the equiptment is from the 80's and you have to get they key from the office for the treadmill, so you can only use it during office hours. Then you don't get the deposit back when you return the key. The elctric bill was double there compared to our new apt. and we have almost the exact same space! They claim it is a/c, but we came to the conclusion that it is actually swamp coolers. We had a simple drawr in the kitchen that we had "fixed" multiple times, it never got fixed in two years! The linolium (bad spelling) in the kitchen was worn from the previous tennants, and they said they only replace it (and the carpet) every ten years. I have NEVER dealt with such bad, trashy office staff in my life! They act like you are bothering them every time you walk in. I cant tell you how many times I went in for a package and got someone rolling thier eyes because they have to remove thier butts from thier seat and walk ten feet to get it. They are extremely rude. They are very disrespectful. If you live there you are a burden to them, heaven forbid they have to do thier jobs! I in NO way recomend this apt. complex. I don't know if the owners know what is going on there, but they should. It is very sad. If you do decide to live there you are on your own. The only good thing there is it was fairly cheap, but again bad trade off for the staff.
