I lived in Playa Palms for 3 years. The apartments are the best price and size you will find for the area. The offive ladies are not the nicest but they get done what they say they will. The maintaince guys are quick to respond too. I feel safe there since there is always security guys drving gulf carts around at night. The parking is really bad unless you live towards the back of the apartment. The hot tub is kind of gross. It is tucked away behind some business buildings so not a lot of traffic, great location. I would reccommend Playa/Saharah Palms to friends. Oh one more thing, the walls are pretty thin so you can hear your up and downstairs neighbors that was the most annoying part of living there.
