I've been here #7 yrs now as of 1/2000 - it's a long time I've seen my share of people come & go. I personally never had a problem only some minor things like my car got egg on a few yrs back , my car never got broke into but I know alot of people who had their cars & trucks vandalized. Maint. has been ok for me , Office staff can be better re: customer service , The Mail it stinks !!! 5pm or later it gets delivered with a lock door for no access. Prop. Maint. they try to keep it nice but some residents need to take the blame too , I see beer bottles in the am @ the pool area , The BBQ area's garbage left on floor why can't it be p/u & thrown away !! Residents with Dogs DO NOT CLEAN UP after their them & leave it on the gr or in front of the residents patio meaning living on the 1st FL. Mgmt should ban Pets becasue the owners are idiots !!! I see young kids playing which is nothing wrong w/ that but when they start throwing little rocks from the landscape onto the road or on the sidewalk parents need to take responsbility !! Mgmt needs to take action on some drivers who race thru the lots & report them too Police due to children play & run into the road.
