First of all, there can be some scary people living here. There was an arrest right outside my window. But that wasn't bad compared to the night some drunk guy WALKED INTO our apartment and asked my roommate if she was alone and then made an inapropriate proposal to her. It turns out, he lives in the building right next to us. But that is just the beginning.
The customer service here has been the worst experience I have had. One of the office people in particular seems to go out of her way to NOT help you. I am now in the process of trying to move out and our year lease was up last month and we have moved to month to month for now. I am moving out and they refuse to release my renters history. I can appreciate the fact that they won't release that info to a third party, but when I asked for it myself, they blatently told me it was my right to have it, but they wouldn't give it to me. When I asked for the corporate office phone number, they wouldn't give it to me. They will give you the worst experience of your life. You can get a better deal, and less stress elsewhere.
