what are you talking about bad bad bad.the comunity is well kept maintenance is on top of things when they break.

It's bad. They're right. Lots of bugs, horrible office staff, noise is terrible! There are a few good things: New, clean carpet, big floor plan, nice fixtures. Maintenance is usually pretty good. I appreciate the courtesy patrol. Doesn't outweigh the bad, tho.
