I pay over 800. I had an on-going ANT problem. They put ant bait down, so I then had dead ants ALL over both bathrooms AND Kitchen. Renter's above us over flowed their toilet where it came out the vent I didn't know it was URINE and POOP until I started filling a bowl from the leak. I LITTERALLY had a golden shower. I had gusts over at the time. NOTHING managment can do on replacing our gust bathroom's rugs which were drenched in urine. Mantinance came right away to turn off the above people's plumming. However our apartment now sticks like URINE. Our kitchen Cuppords still had dead ants in it every day so we cannot keep food in there. I am tied in this contract for a whole year and HATE IT. I loved our prev. apartment in Sahara Palms not one bug problem or antyhing. Now at playa palms SOOOOOO many problems. I freaking am sick of it. After having piss all over me is what broke the straw on the camels back. Managment is nice, they assist when nessisary. However these ONGOING issues with ants in my kitchen, and two bathrooms is rank, and horrible. DEAD ants everyday, I HATE IT... I have two kids under two years old who now have bug bits on them along with me and my wife every day. Its not like we live like slobs or antyhing, we have a clean home and don't live in our trash EXCEPT the apartment we live in. I cannot belive this. I hope someone from managment reads this post, b/c NOT only have we written a letter to managment I have gone in person to speak with the office and we still have the smell problem from the above urine issue we have dead ants everyday we clean up in the bathrooms and kitchen. I AM SICK OF IT.... I Use to think I was getting a killer deal, and I was.... until this stuff... ANTS and URINE and FILTH... There HAS to be something managment can do BUT day after day I still clean up dead ants and have to come home to an apartment that smells like human piss... COME ON... BTW I think the mail room is haunted, I have seen a female aparation in there one night on a diffrent note

They always just want to bait the place, but never fix the bugs! And they tell me they never have a lot of bug problems.
