I LOVE this apartment place because there is tonz of open parking and the apartments are good size at a good price. The thing that I HATE is that they are notice happy. For the smallest things, they will leave notices and if you don't do it in their time period, they will fine you. I left snowflake stickes in the window and they were going to fine me for "leaving you christmas decorations up" if I didn't take them down by the next day. This is not the only notice we have gotten and it's small things that really have not mattered (boxes on the patio, trash outside your door-even though we don't, decorations left up in Jan...) but it's like they have nothing better to do than go around and nit pick. I have been in six other apartment complexes and the company has NEVER had problems with me, but now at this place, they've been on our case left and right.
