I was lied to when i moved into playa palms that i would have a washier/dryer installed the week after i moved into the apt. 6 months later no washier/dryer, and they also took 4 months to get me a copy of my lease agreement because the office is so backassward no management ever signed the lease paperwork. i should have left then and there, but they let me move into a bigger apt over at sahara, OMG i've been here for 4 months already had a pipe bust in my master bath that flooded the intire bathroom, took 4 days to fix because the plummer welded the wrong pipe and had to come back a second time, then i had to wait another day for the drywall guy to patch the 2by2 foot hole in my wall. not 2 months later the fat lazy people above me overflow their tolet and it starts to leak thru my vent in my bathroom onto my tolet and all over the floor, when the apt people come look at it, all they said was. "leaking stopped, i can't do anything because i don't see a problem, call me back when the paint starts to peal or you get more leaking." well i thought that was the worst of my problems and i was happy im outa here in 2 more month, until i got home on april 14th, the bathroom was once again flooded but this time it wasn't a nice clean water pipe. The Sewage pipe was backed up and i had poop, shower water, you name it flooding back out of my master shower drain. not only does it smell back, but it destroyed a perfectly good rug, and $30 worth of hair products and body washes i had in the shower, and now i see mold coming out of the bottom of the shower. I will be contacting the owners today in order to let them know they are breaking the law, and i will be breaking the lease very soon with or without a lawer i might be sueing them soon also. I REPEAT DON'T MOVE HERE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, AND EVEN THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE THAT FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS ADMITTED TO ME ALL THE APAARTMENTS ARE FALLING APART!

I agree-all I ever hear from the office about anything is that they 'can't do anything' about it!
