6 days after moving into this crap hole my licence plate was stolen off of my truck. This threw me and my wife into a problem and I had to go through the trouble to get a new one. Who steals a licence plate'! Oh, the stupid thefts that live here. We saw a rat run across the parking lot one time which was sick. When we moved into our apartment we found that the toilet had mold all over the inside of it. You know, the part that you have to lift up to see the guts of the machine. The mold was eating away at the porceline. Now thats bad. Mold had been growing inside the inner parts of the toilet as well so we constantly have a ring of mold inside even after we clean it.
The Shower had holes in it. How can you deal with that'! More thefts were about and one jumped over our balcany and opened our washer and dryer door and looked through our stuff. Good thing nothing was in there but now we lock that door. My wife was at home alone and the mantanance man came in without asking at all! Thats my wife! Who knows what his intentions were! I was at work and what could I have done'! When we moved in there wasnt even a temp gauge on the shower, how can I do anything at all' And the crap thing is that they did construction over our heads for a week or more and never told us that they were going to do that. A nice common curtousy would have been nice.
All in all, this place is the worst you can ever get. Oh, and there is no parking at all! None!!!!!!! Dont move here, I repeat, dont move here! If you do you will..........I dont know, but just dont move here! I hope we got the point across.

I would just like to say that this comment is ridiculous. It sounds to me that this critic is probably not much of a sound mind. I'll give it to him that he's had a bad experience with the robber going through their stuff. That does really suck. I have lived here for a year and never seen anything like that though. They have security out all night and maintenance all over the grounds through out the day. This is by far the cleanest and most well kept grounds I have ever seen. They have repainted everything but the exterior walls of the building 2x since I moved in (ie bannesters, fire blockades, speed bumps, not to mention re-asphalting the roads). These apartments were built in the early 90's and as such resemble popular building styles of the era but in NO WAY show the wear that other apartments show that are even younger than these. The comment about mold growing on the toilet... give me a break. The toilets probably had some corrosion yes, but mold is not possible. Mold feeds off of carbohydrates found in wood and other ORGANIC materials. Porcelain is NOT organic. As far as the the temp gauge on the shower, if you are referring to a code issue with the shower valve not being able to allow a certain temperature of water to come out of the faucet (thermostatic control valve) I did some research and although I couldn't find a date that contractors were regulated to use them I am pretty sure that these apartments are grandfathered into code. My suggestion is to go outside and turn your water heater down to a temperature that won't scald you. If you can't figure out how to do that I don't suggest you use a water heater at all. The maintenance guy should have called before coming into the house for sure. We have had maintenance here 2xs and both times they did. I would be annoyed by that situation too. The apartment shouldn't be responsible for a courtesy knock on your door for doing work over your apartment. It's their property. I don't know what was up with your shower having holes in it. I would have to see it to understand. My sympathies to you on that one if that is the case. As far as the rat goes, he wasn't in your apartment and live and let live my friend. I give a big fat ten to this apartment complex. They have taken great care of us.

Actually, I'm going to have to disagree with the first comment to this post. There is mold in our toilet, too, and the office SHOULD, as a courtesy let us know if there is going to be very loud work for days at a time. That is happening to us right now. There is no way this place should get a 10.
