Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I am so surprised that there are so many negative comments! We have lived here for two years and we have loved it. The people in the front office are very nice and we have never had a problem with them. They keep the grounds looking beautiul and green and the price is great. I would say the only downfall is the parking. Other than that, I would say that this is the best value in the gilbert area.
