I have lived at Playa Palms since 2006. I just renewed my lease, now getting a much lower rate, which makes me happy, especially considering the hard ecomonic times.
The office staff is much better than it used to be. They had a leasing person there who getting her to follow up or call you back is impossible! Since I've lived there, they also replaced the manager. The manager Tiffany is VERY helpful, always friendly. After being spoken to like what I had to say didnt matter by the other girl in the office, she took the time to pull me in her office and listen to what I had to say.
The ground are always well kept. Grass is always green. The pools are a little small but not too bad. The fitness room is a joke! NO way would I pay $25 dollars to use that thing. They are now allowing pets, which they did not when I moved in, which s frustrating because I step in poop, all the time! That is definitely something that NEEDS to be looked @.
Maint. is helpful. Jeff is always fast and I never have to call back and complain that it wasnt fixed. There are a couple others that have entered my apartment to do work but never felt uncomfortable or dissatisified with their work.
Its a good place to live. Older but you get what you pay for. Nice location.
