I have lived here for a year and found the apartment complex to be one of the best I have ever seen. Older but very well maintained and staff have been courteous and honest. Upon lease renewal time my monthly payments went down. That says a lot about what they think about their continuing customers. I can't say anything poor about them.

Best apartment you've lived in?? No offense, but I would stand to think your last place was REALLY scary. This place is a dump! Between the screaming children, garbage all over the property, appliances that are old and always break, and the paper thin walls.... I mean take your pick. The reason your rent went down is because this place is losing business like crazy. If this is your idea of a great place to live, I seriously recommend shopping around, you will be amazed at what a quality complex can offer. You could get appliances that are not 30 years old, a gym, that is comprised of more then a bike and an old weight station, grounds that are actually kept clean, a Full Sized washer and dryer, and a maintenance staff that does more then just paint curbs all day.
