I also moved when this complex was brand new, and the office staff was nice. I felt at home. Now, it is filled with white trash. The complex is section 8, but they reserve certain apartments for people who are not section 8(which I am in). I would not recomend that anyone who is not section 8 to move in. I am scared to walk to the mailboxes by myself. The new office staff is rude and accusses you of things you don't do. The leave nasty notes on doors, for things that you are not even doing. I hate it here, and can't wait to move out. If you have a family don't move here, it's not safe the police are here every other day. The buildings are built like ----. You hear everything your neighbors are doing. DON"T DO IT!!!

You know, as a tenat you have rights. Especially in the state of AZ. IT is very tenant friendly. Tenants have more rights than the landlords. By what you are claiming here, you have many reasons for the lease to be canceled. You should look into it with the AZ dept of housing. Get the info you need and you might be free to break the lease without any penalties.
