There is homeless living in the closets of empty apts, residents are assaulting other residents, people are arrested with guns daily, bonfires in the back of the apts, drugs are being sold on the basketball court. The office staff they do not give a flip if you die there. One leasing agent told a gang member that a old lady complained about him and he threatened her life she was scared to death. Do you think that Jazzy got fired NO, she steals money, and lies on the sec 42 paperwork to get paid for leases, manager does not care as long as the apts are filled.

i used to live at san clemente apartments. it was a starter home for my wife and my son. many times have we had problems with our townhome we were renting and i called the front office and spoke to the manager stephanie and she never did anything about it. it is a very dangerous place to live. one night about 11 a wannabe gang banger came pounding at our door a and he had a tire iron in his hand. i dont recomend this place to anyone. stephanie the so call manager is a lying b**** and cheyenne the lady that signed us up did a bait and switch. showed us one apartment that was nice and then a week later at signing switched the apartments on us. terrible place to live and all the woman in the office should be fired.
