I lived in a three bedroom apartment for a year, and couldn't wait to get out. We even paid double rent for two months just to get out of there. The layout was spacious and the amenities acceptable, but the management was uncaring for the most part. We had scorpions, like several other people in the complex. Nothing could get rid of them, and the management treated them like they were just like ants.
The neighbors were pretty noisy and nothing was done about that either.
The management also made up cleaning charges after the walk-through. Stay away if you can find any other place, or if you like scorpions climbing your walls.
