My family and I are currently living here while we wait for our home to be completed. Serena Shores offered the best plan for people in my situation. I looked all over Gilbert and they definately were the best for the price, I know, I shopped around. The tenants are nice and respectful. I've gotten more "hello's" here in one month than I have gotten in years at other complexes. There is plenty of parking and no one has parked in my covered spot once, a major issue with me at my last apartment.
Pro's:
-Good floor plans.
-Reasonable rent.
-Good, nice, quiet neighbors.
-Great Neighborhood
-Easy access to Freeway
-Washer & Dryer!!!
-Microwave(small, but sufficient)

Cons:
-No Scorpions but ---- load of ants! The ants must have eaten all of the scorpions that people keep whining about. Ants everywhere. I wake up every morning wondering where they are going to show up next. I even had ants in both of my cars! How does this happen' But in their defense, I haven't told management.
-Some rooms are not well insulated. I expected better considering the place is not that old.
-The BIG walkin closets are not air conditioned. Why' They are are bigger than the bathrooms. The bathrooms are A/C'd. You open the closet door and you get a big Sonoran Breeze.
-Dated cabinets. Ugly. They need to go.
-Ceiling fan outlets, ceiling fan switches, but no stinkin' ceiling fans! What's up with that'
