Very pleased with 2 years so far From: KJ777 Date posted: 10/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I'm a current resident at Serena Shores and think it's a very pleasant place. The management has been responsive to repairs. I've never SEEN a scorpion in or out of my apartment, though I've heard rumors. I'm on a 2nd floor, maybe that makes a difference. I have a 3 bedroom with a terrific floor plan, have no complaints about traffic or parking (but I only have one car). I had godawful upstairs neighbors for a few months, but they were so bad they got evicted. I do plan on moving in a few months, but only because I just plain prefer a house.
