Scorpions and Rude Management

We had six scorpions in our third floor apartment in the span of four months! Not being able to walk around barefoot, always having to check your sheets and your shoes... now that's my idea of home!
At this point they refused to let us break our lease and tried to make us pay a fee to move across the complex. When we downsized our floorplan at this point, they told us the rent would be cheaper, but they still charged the rate for the original larger floorplan.
In addition, there were problems with mailbox breakins. Also, the entire complex was being surveyed by an outside auditing company for possible construction problems. Renter beware.
