Belive me, my wife and I had a horrible time there. All of the comments by past tenants, hold true about the scorpions, the quality of the interiors and exteriors, and especially the management. When we had a problem with my truck being broken into 3 times, they did nothing. The carpet in our apartment had large obtrusive patch's laid into it, they told us they were going to replace the whole carpet before we moved in, guess what, they didn't. Pam, the apartment manager, is the most rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate woman I have ever met. When ever you are good tenants meaning, never late on rent, no complaints from fellow renters and you have to fight and threaten to sue the company, in order to get our deposit back, that should say something. If you don't belive me or the rest of the dully wronged, go ahead and rent there, you will be in the same mess that all of us were. Remember folks (Serena Shores staff), what you do in this life, you have to answer for sooner or later, I hope for your sake, you have changed your tune.
