I've lived at Serena Shores since August and have found it to be a beautiful and well-kept apartment complex. The managers have always been nice and friendly and any maintenance issues I have had have been handled immediately by the caretaker. I have never had a scorpion, did have an ant problem, but I put out baits and they went away. That happens in homes in the summertime too. I have found the apartment to be very quiet, set up more like a condo. I never hear my neighbors and when I see them outside they are very friendly and always say hello. I park right outside my door - no problem. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, right on the lakeshore as well. I recommend it to anyone.
