Horrible Place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/29/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The reviewers that gave good ratings sounded too similar to be people that actually rented at Serena shores and I believe them to be the management as no one would say anything nice about them. The management is very rude and does not tell you about all the proper procedures for leaving the apartment. Problems all over the place, safety is a big issue. And don't bother trying to reason with the staff as they will only belittle you and make you feel stupid. Horrible place to live and I would not recommend renting here.
