This really isn't a bad place to stay, you just have to watch out for a few things. My family and I stayed there for 4 months over the summer and we only experienced two "disturbing the peace" incidents. One of which I called in and had resolved that night. The things to watch out for are scorpions around the pools. No sign of them in the apartments but I knew of several kids (including my own) who dragged them into the apartment on their towels and pool gear. Watch out! Second, is that the cleaning deposit is non-refundable and they'll readily dig into your security deposit for any "extra" cleaning that they feel needs to be done after you leave. So you're really out your cleaning deposit and what they can get out of your security deposit. I was surprised on what they took out of ours. You have to maintain a spotless apartment to keep your security deposit safe. Lastly, I felt the appliances were incredibly cheap and the quality of construction has to be questionable as the foundation in our apartment was cracked a good 6 feet.
