The worst run complex in gilbert

This complex is very poorley run, there are car brake in's all the time, there is no security on duty.

They have no liability ins and will not own up to there responsibility.

They are no osha updated.

They raise there rent when ever they feel like it.

There are cock roaches so big you can see them in the dark going across the grass.

There are scoripions in the apartments.
They do not care about there tenants at all.
