The staff can be very rude depending on whom is there.
We told them our toliets did not work, they tried to argue with us saying they did.
So far our sinks have backed up, washer has broken toliets only flush half the time and the second bedroom shower does not run hot water (been fixed three times already).
The apartment it self is lovely but the staff is not very helpful (exept when moving in) and getting things fixed can be a issue.
We will not be renewing our lease the apartments are not cheap, and are for us not worth it with the service of the staff.
