I lived in Serena Shores for over 18 months. Needless to say, I was not just passing through, I was there to attempt to make that my home. At first, the staff was nice and welcoming. Then after the first 6 months passed the staff begame rude and downright obnoxious. There was always issues getting things fixed by maintenance in a timely manner. Vehicle thefts and break ins occured to my neighbors while living there and the complex requested to the police for NO, yes i said NO, patrols through the complex. Trash was everywhere on the grounds and the clubhouse on site was always dirty. The management of this complex is the worst I have experienced ever. The property manager in particular is a very rude and quite unprofessional. She seems to have forgotten what customer service is all about. The parking there is also a joke. The prices are now way too high for that complex. It is like living in a lower income area but paying through the roof rent. I highly reccomend NOT even looking at those apartments. Save your gas money and keep driving by...
